All they've got to say is they can't fix the issue or actually trying to make a brick into something useful like a door stop.

Yes no replies for the last two months give or take a week. Just checked 12th April was the last reply.
Anyway the Cisco is working fine. Sadly I can't get rid of the brick called the 2960 and when you consider the 2820 and 2920 worked really well it's just a shame that the standards have fallen so badly with the 2960 and 3900.

Definitely chase them; I know they don't intentionally ignore (or hide from) emails but I suppose like anyone things can get missed so do chase, or escalate.
