I'm still not getting anywhere with this. I have spent 3 long calls with DrayTak support who don't seem to know either!

Reset it to factory specs and try again.
Then go to NAT | Open ports.
Select Index 1
Enable Open Ports
Add a Comment
WAN interface: (most likely 1)
Source IP: Any
Private IP: 192.168.1.111
1. Protocol: TCP
1. Start Port: 8000
1. End Port: 8001
Hit OK.
Then go to NAT | Open ports.
Select Index 1
Enable Open Ports
Add a Comment
WAN interface: (most likely 1)
Source IP: Any
Private IP: 192.168.1.111
1. Protocol: TCP
1. Start Port: 8000
1. End Port: 8001
Hit OK.

Hi,
I have tried factory reset.
I dont have the path you suggest. Under NAT I have -
Port Redirection
Fast NAT
Server Load Balance
DMZ Host
ALG
Connection Timeout
