As the title really, G.Fast is really taking hold in our area (Swansea), and we can't supply our usual Vigor modem (130) or router (2860) because they don't support it.

Currently stuck using ISP supplied equipment which isn't great when you're given a locked down BT Smart Hub X.

I understand it's probably not a case of a firmware upgrade, but with Openreach targeting 10 million enabled lines by 2020 and already over 400,000 enabled lines, surely there must already be a market for this? There's nothing out there apart from the Asus DSL-AC88U which is not a modem-only device.

Happy to do some beta testing if such a product is already in existence!

also been looking into this as my area now installs Supervectoring Profile 35b ( 200mb/20Mb )

I was thinking using ISP supplied hub into DMZ mode to ip of WAN2, that might be a work around for now

DrayTek will have G.Fast products but no release schedule yet.

The 2865 was mentioned on the Draytek international site and supporting G.Fast. No dates were mentioned. Also I saw reference to a Vigor 160, which appeared to be a version of the 130 but with G.Fast support.
