I agree. But I'm so used to the interfaces and one stable they preform well. The 3900 is terrible though

After weeks of badgering and then once told it doesn't work the same day they provided it they have still not replied.
I'm fully correct the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced from ANY enterprise product manufacturer. And from the views of most I've read on this forum I am far from alone.

I agree. 'Admin' will defend Draytek support to the end of the world, but the reality is that they are useless with anything non "day-to-day".
You can only email them and their replies take between 24 and 48 hours. For an "enterprise" grade product its laughable.
I'll stick with the 2960's for now, and as soon as I have time to spend with a ZyXel equivalent I will. They offer phone support, in the UK, to a dedicated engineer who specialises in a few of each product. They also offer a swap out warranty with a 24 hour turn around, supplying a replacement before return of the faulty item.

Insight (who we bought it from) wont have anything to do with it as it's after 30 days of buying, they just tell us to get in contact with Draytek. So that route is a no go.
