As I thought.... I've no idea how long it was, but a week, a month, too long, sure. If they are waiting for info from 2nd line or very busy it can take longer than one would like.

I had problems with draytek ignoring me after several failed attempts fix an issue. It was only when I posted on here months later that suddenly I got an email response. Can't remember if they the issue or not or whether it was fixed in a later firmware release.
They once told me off for having the wrong configuration. Except the latest firmware had a different way of configuring how you direct traffic on two separate lans. Since they hadn't published a new manual and the change wasn't in fixes pdf how the hell did I know the method had changed.
