Draytek Support ignoring me

Draytek Support ignoring me was created by quantiq
I have a case open with Draytek Support Reference #DQ241775.

They are now ignoring me and not responding.

Any ideas what I'm meant to do?

Well, firstly, don't make silly claims about "ignoring" - it's highly unlikely.

Check your spam folder, check what the last email was from them in case they were awaiting something from you, otherwise email to info@draytek.co.uk and say that you're expecting and apparently not receiving replies...

How very condescending of you!

They certainly ignored me for two whole months, re ticket: #DQ386678

They did finally come back to me with a fix - and then ignored the follow-up questions I asked. Ten months on, they still haven't answered.

Yes how "silly" of me to expect a reply for a support call. I really should know better :roll: .

By the way, I have now had a response from Draytek so I wasn't being ignored, just made to wait an unacceptable amount of time.

Right, so they weren't ignoring you...as with the OP.

Likely if it's 10 months, they are not ignoring you but and presumably didn't appreciate that there was an o/s question being asked or unanswered, so you can carry on waiting forever or ask again/clarify...
