V130 with IPTV was created by kenv
I have a BT Infinity 2 FTTC connection and use the BT IPTV services through their YOUVIEW box.
Does anyone have a similar set up using a V130 to replace the Openview Modem. The reason I ask is the following review of the modem on Amazonhttp://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/customer-reviews/RMZ0W8RK4YEZJ/ref=cm_cr_pr_viewpnt?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B00F9E5LQA#RMZ0W8RK4YEZJ
The one difference between my set up and the reviewers appears to be they are using ADSL as against my Infinity package.

It won't be possible for the reasons stated in the replies on that page.
The UK Vigor 130 is a modem only, not a router.

Thanks Adrian. What I am trying to establish is if the 130 is used as a modem with an appropriate Router, in my case I would initially use a BT Home Hub 5 would IPTV work ok.
I prefer to use a separate Router and Modem rather than use the vdsl modem capabilty in the Home Hub 5.

Actually I think VDSL might be different (to ADSL) because it uses VLANs and those
tags may be passed through to the router... not sure - ask DrayTek.

Thanks. Something of a catch 22 as per the Draytek UK website there is no pre-sales technical support. So until I buy it I can't ask if it will do what I want it to do!!
