Looks like I'll need to concentrate on extendning the 5Ghz range, better get my wallet open again!

Seems that 2.4Ghz is available if you buy the right device - https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-mesh-bands

I've ordered a couple of ANT-2520 antennas, I'll see if that works!

Antennas didn't help still can't get the signal through the building wall, looks like armoured CAT6 will be the solution!

Total project cost was approx £550K so £40 for antennas won't make much difference!
