Hi I have a 2862ac and want to extend the wired & more so wireless network nothing special or technical as its a largish home network .
At present the basic setup is as follows .

VM Hub in modem mode connected to the 2862ac which is connected to a P1092 switch.
The P1092 powers 2 ap903's & 2 ap900's ( the ap900's may be upgraded at some point to ap903's a couple more might be added too )
Currently the ap's are in ap mode but I'd like my devices to just connect to the strongest wireless signal rather than having all the separate ap's to connect to whilst keeping the wired function on all ap's.

As a new user to the router & AP 903's whats the best mode to use on the AP's ?

Sorry for such a basic question but with so many options available it gets a bit confusing .I just want a starting point to go from.
