On the local router, I configured two firewall rules for a specific user (ip filter)

1) One for block all local equipments and another to authorize access to two servers. Ping fails on all devices except the two servers. But via browser I can reach network printers and surveillance cameras. How must I configure the Firewall to not allow it.

2) How to configure the Firewall to ensure that the only traffic within the tunnel is Windows File Sharing and Access via application to a Sql server?
