SSL VPN was created by edinburgh
Greetings
I was wondering if someone could help please:
I'd like to set up an SSL VPN connection so that I can access my local storage (Arlo's recordings) outwith my WiFi network. I've followed this guide:https://www.draytek.com/support/knowledge-base/5330
However, I'm getting 'authentication failed' on the app.
I've switched off the ISP's firewall, but no difference.
Any suggestions please?

You don't say which Vigor this is, but you can probably confirm you have the correct password, via the Telnet interface:-
Then for an individual entry in the list :-
The Username is visible in plain-text, at VPN and Remote Access >> Remote Dial-in User
I think there have been cases in the past, where the Password was 'too long' - only the first 'n' (16?) characters were used...
Code:
Router> vpn dinset
Max. Dial-in Users profiles: 32
Index Profile Status
1 Tom Android Deactive
2 Dick Android Active
3 Harry IOS Deactive
etc,etc
16 ??? Deactive
17 ??? Deactive
18 ??? Deactive
etc
Router>
Then for an individual entry in the list :-
Code:
Router> vpn dinset 2
Dial-in profile index 2
Profile Name: Dick Android
Status: Active
Mobile OTP: Disabled
Password: ThisIsMySecretPassword
Idle Timeout: 300 sec
