IkEv2 VPN and macOS Big Sur Vigor 3900 was created by daveyeaman
Very disappointed that IKEv2 VPN types no longer work in Mac OS Big Sur. L2TP (while it works) is rubbish on the Mac, slow as a slow thing. All Mac OS'es up to Catalina worked OK with IKEv2 to the Vigor 3900. Looks like its broken and it ain't getting fixed. I'm guessing its because I'm using the LINUX router that Draytek has binned off and therefore isn't interested.

Contacted Support on this - what an appalling state of affairs! Good grief.

Did you get this fixed?
I've got a customer who upgraded to Apple Mac Big Sur and the L2TP VPN to Draytek vigor 2860 simply does not work. Other clients on Windows connect just fine using the same VPN details.
