VPN client drops throughout the day was created by cctsupport
I've got a 3900 with just over 10 users connecting using SSL VPN and MOTP.
Users complain that throughout the day they're having to reconnect and it becomes a pain because of the MOTP.
Idle timeout each is default 300s.
Is anyone else having or had this issue?

So, the connection drops on it's own about the 1 hour mark.
I set the idle time to 0 but this changes nothing.
Logs on the client shows this beforehand:
[2020-10-28 10:27:00] ** { ERROR } Send SSL VPN Tunnel Keep Alive Request error sent = -1.
[2020-10-28 10:27:21] ** { ERROR } Send SSL VPN Tunnel Keep Alive Request error sent = -1.

Still an issue with this.
All users connecting in via SSL VPN will have their connection dropped around the 1 hour mark.
Tried with L2TP and also the same problem.

The problem was caused by the DHCP server having a lease time set to 1 hour. (DHCP Relay)
I've changed the lease time on the DHCP server back to default (8 hours) and the connection now stays up.
Another way around this would be to let the router give remote users DHCP.
