LAN to LAN Dial-Out configuration

LAN to LAN Dial-Out configuration was created by don.riddell
For a LAN to LAN VPN profile configured as Dial-Out (IPsec Tunnel) do Remote Access Control services need to be enabled? I would expect so for a Dial-In VPN.

I have tested this scenario. Remote Access Control services do need to be enabled. In my case I enabled ipsec and l2tp.
