Remote Dial-In User Issue.

Hi All,
I have a Draytek 2820 router in two different locations. In this case, lets say site1 and site2.
Both routers have a permanent site1 to site2 PPTP connection. This has no issue.
At Site1, there is two remote dial-in PPTP users to access and RDP terminal. This also has no issue.
The issue I do get is for example, if user1 is connected to the VPN, when user2 connects to the VPN, then it drops user1s' connection.
Therefore, only one connection can be up at any one time. The site-site vpn is not affected in anyway.
Has anyone any ideas or seen this before?
Any help would be appreciated.

Other than security Don't use PPTP...
To your problem though; are the accounts using unique username/passwords ?

I'm aware of the security with PPTP , this will be changed in due course after testing, so not a concern during this period.
Both users have their own username and password.
Edit: I forgot to add that the two users are using the Smart VPN Client 4.3.3.3

If you're going to switch to IPSec/L2TP then you might as well do it now, particularly as your problem might be PPTP related.
I'm not sure what's causing it though, assuming no IP addresses/subnets have been fixed/clash.

Yup, You're right. I changed to IPSec and the drop issue has resolved itself.
There is now site1<---Ipsec--->site2.
From a teleworker point of view, If I create a remote dial-in using IPSec, it activates fine and stays connected. However, if I try something simple, e.g. ping an internal IP or try anything like RDP etc I get no result.
Any Ideas?
