Cant configure SSL VPN on 2925n router was created by sensoryrob
Hi,
I'm trying to configure SSL VPN on a 2925n router. I have followed the instructions on this page:
https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-vigor-ssl
I have updated the firmware to latest version, but have two problems:
a) on the page to configure Remote Dial in user, there is no SSL VPN panel. Its replaced by options for subnets. See image below.
b) I can login using the admin username/password and get the admin pannel, but cant login with the remote dialin user account. I think I can work around this by setting up ports.
I tried the premium rate phone line, but no reply. I tried email support, but the page asks you to fill in a form that does not exist on the page.
https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/techquery
Can anyone send me step by step instructions (or tell me that it cant be done!).

I don't see anything wrong with the screenshot. The subnet option is to decide which subnet the VPN user should be on, surely?
You set the SSL user options on the other pages.
As for b), I had the same problem on a 2860, I'm afraid.
The support form is also broken for me, but can be accessed here:

It seems the instructions on the UK site are out of date :? and you need to use the instructions on draytek.com:

I could not get the browser hosted ActiveX method working, but Drayek have a Smart VPN client on their downloads page that does the job. I guess security in browsers has tightened up since the documentation was written.
