Hi,
All users in our local office should be able to establish any VPN connection using 1723 port. (PPTP)
How do I do it?
What do I have to configure?
We just have outcoming VPN traffic as we connect and we do not have incoming as nobody connects to us.
sorry about this confusion...

from Inside to Outside the port is passed by default so no config required
If (for example) you are at home and connecting in then you need to open 1723 to the internal address of the VPN server
