Hi

got a setup with several 2800 and 2820 routers, one site which has a 2820 is getting packet loss over the vpn only, pings to the internet are fine but vpn as a small amount of drop out on it, it wouldn't normaly be noticable but we use a terminal server and so this is causing a pause.

the router at the head office is a 2800 f/w 2.8.1 and the router on site is 2820 f/w 3.3.3 I have tried another 2820 but i get the same result. I don't think this is a adsl line issue as it's only on vpn i have the problem.

any one got an idea? I have logged a call with draytek as well but thought someone here might have a good idea
