I wonder if anyone has any insight into this, it has been raised with Draytek but so far nothing back from the lab.
We have a P2261 and a P2121 as well. A SPF cable connects the two. The smaller P2121 switch was added to expand the network, originally we only had the larger P2261.
-We can access both switches' control panels when we are in the building via a web browser.
-We can access everything via Draytek VPN when we are not in the building except the P2121 switch, which nobody can reach, it times out. This doesn't seem to make sense.
In the router (Vigor 2862) there is some group software for switches. I cannot work out what this is for or if it is relevant. Only the P2261 is in the group. When I try to add the smaller switch to the group it asks for a firmware update (all devices already have the latest). Whether this is connected with the access issue I don't know but we want remote access to the two switches for other reasons.
