Hi,
i´ve a DynDNS-Adress from Draytek (xxxx.drayddns.com). Through this i update my ip from WAN 1 and 2.

With Firmware 4.4.5.5 there´s no update possible (with Firmware 4.4.3.1. there were no problem).

If I click on the button "Force update" nothing happens and the Log is empty.
Please, can anyone test this before i open a ticket with draytek?

 

I just clicked "Force Update" on my 2927ax (although I'm not wholly clear what that's supposed to do) and the log shows:-

2024-08-21 13:33:13.1 [@1:DrayDDNS (Global)] Updated successfully.

(I'm on 4.4.5.5)

Thank you. With Firmware 4.4.3.1 the LOG is correct an shows:

Yes I have a DrayDDNS address - in order to get the Let's Encrypt cert. What does having 2 WANS ticked when determining the WAN IP do to the determination?

The router tell both IP´s to the DrayDDNS and i can connect with WAN IP 1 or WAN IP 2.

I am getting the same problem with 2 x 2865s on 4.4.5.2 to www.dyn.com, address didn't update after reboot and forcing an update does nothing. No action, nothing recorded in the log.
