Can anyone help wiht an issue i have , we work with a fibre provider in London for FTTP and have an issue with setup. when they issue the IP details fo the router
static IP
subnet mask
default IP
dns address

the subnet mask is set as 255.255.255.254 for some reason the draytek does not like this subnet, is there a work around they mentioned its a /31 subnet.
This is all a bit new to me so any help would be greatly apreciated
