Hi All

We use the Vigor 160 on SoGea lines with a Mikrotik firewall behind. We have had issues on a number of site where we have had to swap out the Vigor with an alternative router set in bridge mode to act as a s modem. The lines just keep dropping and on some sites setting the Modem code to Default: 5.12.24.0 but other with Open Reach line tests and Open Reach engineers on site say the line test with a split pair. We thought may be this is the dls cable but stays the same with a know good cable.

Anyone else had these issue and got around it or is there something odd going on with the Modem
