Hi,
Does anyone know why the Web Content Filtering product has been discontinued? It is no longer available from CMS or Broadbandbuyer. Is there alternative solution available from Draytek?

Not a direct replacement for sure but DNS filtering can help blocking some (most?) unwanted content at the site level. A local Pi-hole could do the same too.

The alternative to Cyren is the GlobalView version - They have groups A and S which seem to cover most models between them:
Group A -https://www.broadbandbuyer.com/products/8873-draytek-wcfa-1/
Group S -https://www.broadbandbuyer.com/products/11219-draytek-wcfs-1/
I have always had Cyren, so not sure how good the GlobalView one is!

Group S -

I think Globalview & Cyren are the same thing, Globalview was the old name for WCF.
Not that ive done an extensive search but Broadbandbuyer appear to be the only ones I can find that still sell it - my usual place and others ive googled all show out of stock.
Ive tried reaching out to a few places, but the silence is deafening!
Im not dropping £100 for a year on my 3910 for it to not work or stop working. Yes it still worked up to my expire date, but who knows if updates have stopped for example.

Yeah... Sorry... Misread. GlobalView is indeed the Cyren product it seems.
The other is for Germany only!
Either way, my Cyren is still working...
