No VLAN ID - Guest Wireless was created by draytek_2865_2
Hey all,
I am trying to follow the guide below to setup a guest wireless network on my 2865AC but I am struggling on the one part when you tag the wireless to the VLAN ID. I don't appear to have the option under the wireless general settings.

Basically all I am wanting to do is have a guest wireless on a seperate subnet using the built in AP. Can I do this or do I have to get a separate app and add to the configured VLAN Port.

Many thanks!

Provided you don't have inter-LAN routing between LAN1 and LAN2 your setup should work OK. Can you ping a LAN1 device when connected to the Guest wifi network? If not, then fine. You only need the tagging if you're connecting another wifi AP to one of the router ports afaik.

Thanks for the reply.
I have uploaded a screen shot. It doesn't appear to be enabled, I can connect to the wireless and DHCP works on a wireless device but I just can't get any internet access.

That's odd, it seems to work for me on my 2927ax. I don't have "Isolate VPN" ticked though, and I'm not entirely sure what that does.

Sadly it didn't make any difference turning off the isolate VPN option. I'm a bit stumped on this.
