Hi All, I hope you can help.

I have a 1GB up & down line in Spain provided by Movistar with a Movistar router on the end of it. This has been put into bridge mode and I am passing the signal through to my Draytek Vigor 3900.

Below are my speeds:
Wired into LAN of Draytek
Automatically selected Server: Gibraltar
Download: 243 Mbps
Upload: 799Mbps

Manually Selected Server: Malaga
Download: 149Mbps
Upload: 715Mbps

Thoughts on how to fix?

Have you tried replacing the cable between Movistar/Draytek? Possible the TX pair is degraded/damaged.
