Multiple VLANS not accessing internet was created by crofter
Hi
I have set up the following 3 VLans
on Port 1 i have vlan 0 the management Vlan
on Port 2 I have vlan 1 for voip
on port 3 I have vlan 2 for company network excluding telephones.
Vlan 1 general setup is on subnet 192.168.2.x with 192.168.2.254 as the static IP and also the gateway for Nat purposes
Vlan 2 general setup is on subnet 192.168.3.x with 192.168.3.254 as the static IP and also the gateway for Nat purposes
In VLan Section the setup is as follows:
Port 1 is accessible only for Vlan0 the management Vlan
Port 2 is accessible for only Vlan 1
Port 3 is accessible for only Vlan 1
Port 4 is acccesible for only Vlan2
Port 5 is accessible for only Vlan2
SSID 1 is accessible for all Vlans
all other SSIDs are accessible only to Vlan2
Nothing is tagged enabled
Vlan 1 is priority 6
Vlan2 is priority 0
Vlan3 is priority 7
The issue I have is that only vlan0 the management Vlan is getting internet connectivity. I cannot ping the management gateway.
I cannot ping the internet either by IP address of using domain name, I can only tracert as far as the Vlan gateway.
Can anyone see what is wrong? Do I have to amend the firewall, do I have to add static routes?
Thanks
John

Quick question... as you've changed Router LAN IP to 192.168.2.254 and 192.168.3.254, are you also using router as DHCP server?
If so, did you also change the DHCP gateway IP to these 2 IP?
If no, LAN2 and LAN3 clients' gateway IP remain as 192.168.2.1 and 192.168.3.1 correspondingly, and thus don't have Internet access.
