2865Vac and Tunein was created by toloc999
Evening all, good to back on here after a few years break.
I basically run a 2820Vn from 2009 to 2018, whereby I changed over to TPlink VR400. Last week, I decided I really did need to go back to Draytek for the increased flexibility and support. Therefore I purchased and installed a 2865Vac.
Once all of the configuration was completed, everything was a lot faster and more responsive, apart from one issue that has been driving me wild and I really hope somebody can help. It soon became apparent that any streaming from Tunein radio service was buffering and stalling on all devices in the house, including a Marantz NA6006 network streamer, Bose 500 speaker and various other Alexa devices but only when using Tunein. This issue never occurred whilst using the VR400.
I have tried various remedies I have found online, including adjusting Portmaptime settings, optimising MTU and adjusting load balancing settings. These seem to have improved things slightly, but it is still happening every few minutes.
I currently use an ADSL2+ connection which is giving me approximately 10 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up.
If anybody has been able to resolve this issue, please let me know the solution?
Many thanks in advance.

In a round about way, J1mbo may have fixed the problem. I decided to turn off IGMP Snooping and since then everything seems to be fine.
Many thanks J1mbo for pointing me in a certain direction.
I will report back in 48 hours as to whether this has totally resolved the issue.

Do you have a managed switch in the network?
You might consider reducing the interval on the Draytek, i.e. 60 seconds, and if you have any other layer-3 devices, disable IGMP on them. This will result in IGMP traffic hitting those other devices being treated as broadcast, i.e. prevent anything else interferring with it.
