2862 Command line > vpn remote not working? was created by pcbbc
FW: 3.9.4.1_BT
From the web UI panel:
VPN and Remote Access -> Remote Access Control
Tick/Untick protocols, click OK
Appears as though changes take effect dynamically as soon as OK is pressed (no reboot required, even though web UI prompts for reboot)
But from command line:
vpn remote
Command appears successful (router responds "Set")
However VPN services are left in their previous state, status is not changed, ticks are still as set previously in web UI.
Even a reboot does not set the newly configured status.
I'm quite happy with not requiring a reboot to enabled/disable vpn services. However I'd like the ability to do so from the command line.
What, if anything, am I doing wrong?

Answering my own question....
Casing of the service name matters: PPTP/IPsec/L2TP/SSLVPN
Sorry to have bothered you.
