Does the Draytek CLI have any single command that outputs the running config as a single flat file ?

Best to check the downloads section in software, there is a command line reference in PDF format you can download that shows all the available commands.

Thanks - I have the CLI reference and have been stunned to find that it shows no "show run" or equivalent

Exactly, there is no way / command to show the complete config.
This is very unfortunate.
