Hi,
Does anyone know a simple way to restart ONLY the LTE modem, not the complete device? Maybe something similar to the Telnet command 'adsl reboot'
I have a customer with poor ADSL but good 4G connection. I've set up his sky Q to use the 4G connection but from time to time this seems to stop working even though the router shows the connection as being up. If I restart the LTE modem from the web interface this seems to fix the problem. I'm looking for as simple a solution as possible so the customer can do it themselves.

Hi,
If you have a look in the downloads section in software, there is a command line reference file that you can download.
The command you're probably looking for is 'wan lte reboot' but there's much more information regarding parameters etc. in the pdf file.
