you can have issues depending on the target country and the country of use. Any particular reason why you'd want to?

Ive used firmware from the international site for years mainly for non-dsl devices, 3910, 3900, 2960, 3200 and others I cant remember - never had a problem.

I guess you'd want to because the Taiwan site offers firmware 4.2.2 whereas the UK site still hasn't caught up. I've used it for a 2926 without issues - and as above I suspect any problems will be found on modem equipped routers, not on "straight" ones.

I'm looking at the 4.2.2 firmware as it has a bug fix I needed and their hardware acceleration seems to be more mature settings wise.
UK support said i MAY have internet connectivity issues if I use the int. version.
Is the 2927k a "modem equipped router"? A little confused - apologies.
Regards, K..

2927 doesnt have any dsl modem.
If you are not happy then wait, it shouldn't be too long, myself I wouldnt even think about it.
Ive just looked in my downloads folder and have 21 versions of firmware for previously mentioned Drayteks, all from international site, none from UK site.
I even have a daily web page checker to alert me to new firmware releases and thats on the international site.
