2862 firmware 3.9.4.1_BT = not good

I thought you would like to know.

I have found an issue with the current firmware ver 3.9.4.1_BT
running on Vigor 2862

Although the line speed shows corrently,
speedtest results show that actual download is much less.

Problem is in the current Draytek software

To fix: I went go back to firmware 3.9.3_BT
All running great again now.
