Vigo 2862 Dashboard not displaying correctly

Vigo 2862 Dashboard not displaying correctly was created by laeupd
When I log into my 2862lac the dashboard display most often only shows the router image and the first system information table. After a hard reboot it sometimes show the entire screen but defaults back to the above when I select dashboard. Please note User Mode Is always Off. This has been ongoing for several months and firmware version is 3.9.2_BT. Any Ideas?

Your firmware is out of date and should be upgraded , Vigor 2862 Firmware 3.9.4.1 BT is the latest version.
I assume that you have tried clearing your browser cache , tried a different browser ?
You could try rebooting the router to see if that brings the GUI back or try a factory reset .
The other way is to download the new firmware and follow the instructions in the README .pdf for upgrading firmware without access to the GUI.

I had a similar dashboard problem with my 2862 and it seemed to be related, to having a Lan to Lan vpn running. If I disabled the Lan to Lan vpn the dashboard displayed ok.
Have you got a vpn running on your 2862 ?
