Some time ago we installed 15 2762 routers for a customer who had legacy H.323 handsets and the routers broke the H.323 as it seems H.323 ALG was active with no way to switch off.
I cannot see any option to switch it off in the 2862 either.

Is there a way on either of these routers to disable any ALG or modification of H.323?

The option for SIP ALG is obvious and disabled by default!
