Firmware upgrade 2762ac failed was created by lyonesse
Back to Draytek after a few years with cheaper routers.
I bought this unit as 'Opened box' in the UK.
Interface is in German.
So I attempted to upgrade to 3.9.4 from UK site believing that this would give me English interface.
First attempt I made was through German interface with UK .rst file but on apparent succussful ompletion I couldnt log in.
Power light is flashing rapidly.
Then I used the Upgrade utility which also completes saying router is ready.
Power light flashes slowly.
Attempt to login.'
Login screen appears in English enter 'admin/admin' but quickly times out
and power light back to rapid flashing.
Any ideas please.

That probably won't work in the UK unfortunately. If the web interface shows in German, that means it's an Annex B router, while the UK needs Annex A.
The web interface language is not controlled by firmware on that router model, it's set in the factory, so changing the firmware won't help that issue.
