we have a 2862n which we dont know the admin password.

we have factory reset it using the button on the front. this appears to wipe the IP config which goes back to defaults but it appears to retain the admin password.

has anyone seen this before? solved? i have been told this is an issue with some firmware versions. so we're locked out and now have a useless 2862n !
