I have followed the below 2 links and redone each of them twice just incase i missed something but i am having issues in connecting to the roaming SSID

I have a Vigor 2860ac with FW 3.8.9.7_BT & VigorAP910C with FW 1.3.2 and below are the error reports that i receive when trying to
connect with the correct username and password.

Have you enabled Local 802.1x in the User profile? This may be necessary because the AP is connected by wire, although I'm not sure why, I think that solved it for me. Also I use all authentication methods, not just PAP, although I have no idea whether or not I should. All I know is that I got it working....
