I am being asked to set my LTE connection to PPP rather than DHCP mode on the device to get a connection to my 4G supplier.

However, this only appears to be an option for an external USB 4G dongle - not the internal LTE device.

Is there a way to achieve this?

It's handled internally by the router's LTE modem, so setting DHCP on the router should be fine.

Try setting a username/password, the correct APN and try with that. If it doesn't work, please contact support for assistance
