2860n Can't update firmware

I'm trying to update to the latest firmware on my 2860n but if I try from the web interface it quits after uploading ~6% and if I try from the TFTP utility it tells me the admin password is incorrect - it isn't because I can use it to log into the Web UI, unless I'm missing something obvious?

Have you tried with a fresh download of the update to rule out any corruption.

Are you doing this locally on the same subnet or across a WAN?

What browser are you using?

Did a settings backup followed by a power off/factory reset, the new firmware then uploaded correctly, and I then restored the settings.

All working nicely now :-)
