Unable to RDP but could before 2862n was created by jnewman93
At my wits end, we have a new ISP and they gave us a Draytek. However as before with the previous ISP and the router they provided I was able to RDP into the server remotely using the Public IP. Since changing ISP and using the new Draytek, I am unable to RDP as I could before despite using the Public IP assigned to the new draytek router. I have watched youtube videos and read draytek manuals, and no desired effect. I have a 2862n
I would Appreciate any help
Thanks
Jamie

You dont say what you have tried, I guess you have already done the port forwarding etc?
Might be worth checking with your ISP to see if they block RDP (unlikely but possible).

I'd check with your ISP as they may be blocking RDP due to the recent security issues with it.
Ensure you have a port forwarding rule enabled in the firewall as this won't be enabled by default as it sounds like this was previously enabled on the old router.
Add a USB and enable syslog on the firewall to see if the traffic is reaching the firewall.
