DNS-over-HTTPS / DNS-over-TLS on 2862? was created by morrow_84
Hi Guys,
I know that 2862 supports DNSSEC which is great.
However, does it also support DNS-over-HTTPS / DNS-over-TLS? If yes, how can I enable it?
I am using Cloudflare DNS that does support both technologies.
Thanks!

Did you find an answer to this question? I am also looking for this solution.

Not to my knowledge.
Personally, I'm running PiHole + Unbound as a forwarder to CloudFare in DoT mode which will give you want you want. Once deployed, you just change your DHCP scope for the clients and optionally the Router itself to point to PiHole. You'll also have the option to block ads, trackers and malware, inappropriate content etc. Alternatively you could just use Unbound stand alone if you didn't care for PiHole.
DietPi on a Raspberry Pi makes all this trivially easy to setup.

I was going to run pi-hole but my Pi is purposed for something else using a VPN and I cannot split tunnel (or at least haven't figured out how to on OpenVPN on Pi yet!).
I setup my router to point to DNS-Adblock in end as a temp measure. Still not using HTTPS or TLS but will see if I can hold of another Pi to add to the stack.

Can you not use the Vigor to establish the VPN tunnel and use routing policies for split tunnelling thus freeing up the existing Pi?
(this is what I do)
