Visit website through WAN - Vigor 3900 was created by cimservices
Hello,
We have a customer who accesses a website and the website kicks them out because the external IP address has changed. This is because the internet is load balanced across two WANs. I am trying to configure the 3900 so that if the customer browses a particular website the traffic is forced out of one WAN.
I have had a look at the policy route but the destination type does not seem to allow me to stipulate a website.
Is this possible through the 3900?
Many thanks,
Luke

No, unless the website has a fixed IP address/range and you can find out what that is.
You need a 3220 to use domain based policy route.
Obviously you can turn off session based LB or turn it off for HTTP/S, that will hopefully prevent this.
