Vigor 2860n+ 3.8.9.5_BT Load Balance not configurable? was created by tobycrake
I've got VDSL on Wan1 & Virginmedia on Wan2.
With this version of the firmware I cannot get load balance to work.
Under Wan > General Setup > Wan1 I don't have the Active Mode drop down or the tick box for Load Balance
It's the same for Wan2.
So what am I doing wrong?
It used to work with previous firmware, although I can't remember when it last did.
This is in a large domestic environment with between 18 and 30 active devices. I'm loath to reset to factory defaults and reset everything as I've got no documentation of how I arrived at this config (the thinking behind it). Configured via the web interface.

More info.
Accessing the GUI from chrome gives the missing boxes.
Tried using Internet Explorer and there they are! So it's a browser error and not much to do with the firmware.
Anyway, solved.
I'll show myself out.

That's great that you've solved it
I don't get the same problem with my 2860 router using Chrome or Firefox. It might be worth reporting this to the support team, there might be specific conditions causing that problem for you. That way, it can be potentially fixed in a later firmware version.
