How do I block the Internet for computers on my network?
I only need to provide access to http://192.168.2.11:88/
Is it possible to block the mac address or just the ip address?

You need to set an IP filter which matches only 2.11 and blocks everything else. See Knowledgebase and manual etc.
You can bind MAC address to IP address.
