Automating Config checker for Draytek? was created by emeraldit
Morning
I have a issue where support staff are changing router config's during fault finding.
The word bieng they remove the deny all... but could be as silly as redirecting traffic to differnt servers in the lan and not putting back - This is leaving to many other night mares.
Ive got 30 -40 draytek routers out with customers (mostly DSL / LL instal)
Any products / suggestings on how i can monitor for config changes?
any suggestions apreciated

I think (check!) if you have routers on DrayTek's management platform (VigorACS) you can force it to montor for changes every day and restore a preset config if any changes have been made... but it sounds like you also have a staff problem - if you've told them not to change settings and they do it anyway!
