acs2 devices disappear

acs2 devices disappear was created by g7pkf

just started "playing"/deploying acs2 cloud version, works fine but when i log into it the devices start dropping off line even when its a device not connected to the lan/wan i am on?

ideas?

You'll need to get ACS support directly from your supplier.
