Firmware 3.9.0 upgrade: WiFi not working

Firmware 3.9.0 upgrade: WiFi not working was created by archiemac
I just upgraded the firmware of my Vigor 2862n router from 3.8.9.2 to 3.9.0 this morning. My iPhone could not connect to the WiFi; and after 'forgetting' the network, it could not log in because the password was repeatedly not recognised. My iPad seemed to be connected, but data transfer rates were glacially slow.

Reverting to firmware 3.8.9.2 fixed the WiFi problems immediately. Any thoughts?

Just reinstalled Firmware 3.9.0, and WiFi is now working normally.

I've no idea why, but there it is! :)

When you reverted back to 3.8.9.2 did you do a factory reset & restore the configuration?
