Draytek have just released 3.9.0 (Main .com site).

One of the fixes - Corrected: Vigor router ignored Don't Fragment flag in IP header may resolve the issue.

Whilst this may resolve the issue I'd wait until released on UK site.

OK, so 3.9.0 is now available on the UK download site.

I'll be testing this over the next week or so before rolling out.
