They couldn't be any worse! ;-) I can fully accept that all devices have bugs but considering how much use and therefore feedback the BT Super Hub gets, I'm surprised all the faults haven't been weeded out yet. I'm pretty sure they are software bugs and requires a hard restart. Can't complain too much though as I have a very nice side-line in replacing them in small business with Vigors so somethings the cheap but cheerful TP-Link VDSL2+ modem/routers.
