Vigor 2862ac Lan Ports

The lan ports on my 2862ac have stopped working. Everything was fine this morning, I came home this afternoon and all 4 ports have stopped working, no lights and they all show as nothing connected. I have factory reset and reloaded the firmware but nothing seems to be working.

Does anyone have any idea's?

Are the LAN ports still enabled in the GUI?

See "System Maintenance >> Panel Control | LAN Port".

I have sent it back to Draytek, the ports have blown

Might have been a surge from other equipment.
